Junior Worlds... and their surprises!
After the first day of short programs won by Russia, Junior teams from around the world presented their long programs on Saturday. And this 2nd day of competition has reserved a lot of surprises. Here are the Juniors teams ranked from 1 to 10th place.
Junior Worlds: Russia finished top after the short programs
Hershey Center is again the captial of synchro! After Winterfest a few weeks ago, the Canadian ice rink hosts this weekend the ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships. On Friday, the 19 teams presented their short programs in Mississauga (CAN). Russia skated to narrow lead.

Team Convivium and Team Surprise, 2017 Swedish national champions

It was an exceptional championship with no less than 18 teams and nearly 400 skaters who met in Borås on February 25 and 26. The 2017 Mozart Cup started this Friday in Salzburg, Austria, with the short programs. At the Junior level, the American Team Lexettes finished top of their category, followed by Nexxice from Canada and Musketeers, representing Finland.

Team Surprise, the 2016 Swedish champions, slipping to Shanghai
Swedish championships took place last weekend in Västra Frölunda, one of the 21 boroughs of Gothenburg. In Novice, victory went to Team Karisma, Team Spirit took the 1st place in Junior and finally Team Surprise won a new national title… before flying to Shanghai!

More than 500 blades scraped the ice in Milan this weekend! Spring Cup 2016, in Italy, lived a great 22nd edition with a total of 32 participating teams this year in Novice, Junior and Senior categories.

Many synchronized skating teams kick off their international season this weekend at Leon Lurje Trophy 2016 in Gothenburg, Sweden. 9 advanced novice teams, 8 junior teams and 7 senior teams from Finland, Sweden, USA, Japan, and Latvia competed for medals.
