A synchro team on the ice of the European championships

The best European singles skaters competed last weekend in Tallinn, Estonia. The only synchro team in the country participated in the opening ceremony.


This synchro team has something unique

Located in the city of Tallinn, Team Diamonds is the only synchronized skating team in Estonia. Unlike its neighbour (Finland), this northern European country has not yet developed this skating discipline and dreams of more popularity.

Even more magic from the Mixed Age category

In part 1, the magic of the Mixed Age category focused on the thoughts and wishes of 15 European Mixed Age teams. They talked about who they are, what makes them special, and why they are so important for synchronized skating in general. In this article, the teams discuss the advantages and difficulties, competitions organized exclusively for Mixed Age, and their future perspectives.

Team Olympia will represent the Czech Republic at Senior Worlds 2020

Last weekend (6-7th of December), the international synchronized skating competition Riga Amber Cup was held for the second time in Riga, Latvia. The competition took place in the cozy and modern ice rink “Kurbads”. This ice rink is so special that it even does have a hanging fireplace on the second floor hall. Check out the results!


First Amber Cup: Synchro skating develops in the Baltic countries

The previous weekend, 14-15th of December, the history of synchro in Latvia was made. The first synchronized skating competition with ISU status and judges was held in Riga, Kurbads Ice Rink. Kurbads is the newest ice rink in Latvia and the home rink of only synchronized skating club in Latvia – Amber.
