- World Champions for the 2nd time in a row! What was your first thought when you heard the score on the Kiss & Cry?

Marilyn Langlois - Wow, we did it!

- How were the days before the world championships?

- The week before we left, we did a simulation with a big audience, and it was a very good one for the team. We went to Saranac Lake to train so that we could concentrate as a team and continue to have fun doing other activities, for example, we played bowling, and it was very funny.

- How did you coach world champions to win a second title? What was your coaching method this season?

-The method is not different. Every year for us, the team changes, so we always have to redo our recipe and adapt it according to the individual needs of each athlete to ensure that the athlete continuously progresses. We set our team goals throughout the season based on the specific needs of the team so that, at the same time, the athlete and the team continue to progress until the ultimate 'peak' at the end of the year.

We couldn't ignore the pressure of the title, so we continued and adapted the workshops with the mental coach to ensure that the focus remained in the right place throughout the season.

- Again, this season, you chose a more lyrical piece for the free program. Is this the key to success for Les Supremes, in your opinion?

- For us, the choice of music has to represent the type of athletes you work with. The goal is to bring out the qualities of our athletes. So lyrical or another style, the key is to know the style that will help our skaters to grow artistically.

- Are you going to keep this classic style for the free programs these next seasons?

- As I said, every year is different. Our teams change, so we'll see. We like to renew, and we also want to reinforce the other classics.

- Back in Montreal, what will be the program in the next few days for Les Suprêmes?

- Time off!!! Then we will finish the season with two performances at our Club's year-end Gala.

- Do you have a break at the end of the season?

- Yes, we will start again in May for the new season.
