After an exciting weekend full of drama, the Finnish champions are finally settled. Dream Edges won the Junior division and Marigold Ice Unity is the champion in the Senior category. Together with MIU, Team Unique will represent Finland at the World Championships in April even if Helsinki Rockettes are 2018 national vice-champions.

The winners of the Finnish first qualifications in the Junior and the Senior categories are now settled after the free program competition. The day 1. of the first Finnish qualifications competition started in Gatorade Center Turku on shiny Saturday afternoon. There were four senior teams, eleven Junior teams and 18 Novice teams. Novices competed in two groups. Let's have a look at the results.
