Historic Moments at the 2023 U.S. National Championships

The 2023 U.S. National Championship recently concluded in Peoria, Illinois, and many teams made history in their organizations.

After a one-year hiatus because of COVID-19, USFSA hosted the Synchronized Skating National Championships in Colorado Springs, Colorado from March 3-6.

Vicki Korn: The Legacy That Will Never Be Forgotten

The whole skating community is saddened by the loss of a true legend and pioneer of the synchronized skating world, Vicki Korn. The first varsity head coach (1995-2009) of Miami Skating passed on April 9th, 2020.

Dunkin' on the 2020 US Championships

Some of the best teams from the nation all gathered at the Dunkin Donuts Arena in Providence, Rhode Island for the 2020 US Synchronized Skating Championships. This competition is the final competition for many teams and it showcases the present and future of the sport in the United States.


An American Classic Dr. Porter

This past weekend, more than 180 synchronized skating teams competed at the 24th Porter Classic in Ann Arbor, Michigan. For many teams, this event is an important and exciting competition at the beginning of the season.

USA: Midwest and Pacific Coast Sectionals

The U.S. Midwestern and Pacific coast Sectionals were held this past weekend in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This competition is held in order to determine who is being sent to the U.S National Championships, being held this year in Plymouth, Michigan. 

DR. PORTER COMPETITION: ANYTHING BUT CLASSIC (PART 2)

The classic Dr. Porter competition was anything but ordinary. Teams came with their game faces and a passion to make the podium. Teams made history by showing off their new programs for the season, and came with a fire that is not going to fade out anytime soon. Their flame is only growing and with this being many teams second competition of the season, it was a very impressive one.
