The third Interclub competition ended the synchro skating season in Finland

The event took place in sunny Turku last weekend. Altogether 91 teams and about 2200 skaters competed in eight categories. One more time during this season the audience was allowed to enjoy the spectrum of fantastic performances.


Almost 140 teams competed at the 2nd Interclub-level Qualification Competition in Finland

Because of the big amount of the teams in every category, the competition was divided into two groups. On Saturday the 8th of February, the skaters of Group 2 performed. 12 Adult, 18 Beginners, 10 Basic Novice, 9 Juvenile, 9 Senior B and 10 Junior B teams skated their programs.

Red and blue, the colours of victory in the Novices divisions

The Leon Lurje Trophy 2020 closed on Sunday with the Advanced and Basic Novice divisions. If the Advanced presented their program for the second time, the Basic Novices only got one shot in Gothenburg, Sweden.

127 teams competed in Finland at the first Interclub competition

The first Finnish Interclub-level Synchronized Skating Qualification competition of the season was arranged in Vantaa Trio Arena from 23rd to 24th November. There were amazing 127 teams in seven categories participating in this big event. The teams had been divided into two groups. The first group skated on Saturday and the second one on Sunday. ISU scoring system was used in some categories: Masters, Juniors B and Seniors B, but mostly the jury used the Finnish Synchronized Skating scores.
