Coronavirus: three teams cancel their participation in the WJSSC

The spread of the coronavirus around the world has an impact on the upcoming ISU events. The ISU World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships in Nottingham, planned on March 13-14 in Great Britain remain scheduled but three teams have decided that they will no longer participate in the competition.

Divided into three ISU categories and coming from twelve different countries, the event organized by the French Federation (Fédération Française des Sports de Glace), the Normandy League (Ligue de Normandie des Sports de Glace) and the Rouen Olympic Club promises to be really exciting!


New titles for junior and senior teams in France

The season started for National 1 teams in France!

Three Junior teams and the single Senior team from France started their competitive season last weekend in Villard de Lans (France). Competing both Short and Free, the teams are now ready to work harder on their programs.

Team Junost crowned Junior World Champion for the 3rd time in a row

The tension was palpable this Saturday at the Littoral ice rink in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, where the Junior ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships were held. A few points separated the teams after the short programs, so everything still had to be written. The Junior skaters knew it, it was necessary to present a faultless program in order to be able to preserve its rank obtained the day before.

Two Russian teams lead after short programs at the World Junior Championships

The city of Neuchâtel hosted nice skating in Neuchâtel on Friday afternoon. 23 teams from Russia, Canada, the United States, all of Europe but also Australia skated their short program on this first day of competition.

A taste of competition before the French National Championships

Last weekend the French Interligues took place at the skating rink of Dunkerque.
