Away from the ice rinks, this coach realized his dream
During the Covid-19 outbreak, many coaches and skaters had to deal with the fact that they wouldn’t be on the ice for a very long time. Olivier Chapuis, head coach from the synchronized skating teams in Compiegne, France, hasn’t stepped on the ice for over 10 months! Why? In September 2019, he started a trip around the world with his wife and son. He had to come back home early because of the coronavirus.
The race to the French national title has started for 29 teams
29 French teams faced each other last weekend on the ice of Romorantin for the 1st round of the national championship.
The good spring mood on the ice of Brest (FRA)
This weekend was held in Brest the French Cup of synchronized skating. 42 teams were gathered for this occasion.
First synchro competition in Switzerland
The 22nd International Swiss Cup 2017 hosted Swiss and French teams at the Locanet Arena in Burgdorf. More than 20 teams competed on Saturday in seven different categories.
