1262 competitor passes were handed out at the 2018 British Championships in Nottingham this weekend to the 63 teams gracing the arena in a dazzling display of costumes. Banners were hung and flags flew as families and friends chanted their support from the stands.
Teams from across the UK braved the snow and ice to take part in the Viola Synchronised Skating Competition at Ice Arena Wales in Cardiff between 9th – 10th December. There were 25 teams skating across 12 categories with teams vying to be Welsh Champions.

The 2017 International Mixed Age Trophy took place in France on Saturday. Fourteen teams from all over Europe took up the challenge. The gold medal went to the German team Munich Synergy, the silver was for Frost Fairies and the bronze for Olimpia Team.
Organized at the end of April in Besançon (FR), the Mixed Age Trophy has found the right formula. The competition is reserved for Mixed Age teams from all over the world. Just over a month before the competition, already 15 teams are registered.
There was not a free seat in the second day of the Trophy D’Ecosse in Dumfries, Scotland. Saturday was the culmination of the Junior and Senior events and as predicted, Nexxice Senior took away the gold medal earning 125.52 points in their free programme and a total score of 189.62 points.

Nottingham’s National Ice Centre hosted last weekend the British Synchronized Skating Championships. Almost 60 teams from around the UK competed on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th January 2016. The event was organized by the National Ice Skating Association (NISA).
