Saturday night culminated in Senior’s short program in Espoo Metro Arena. All the three best teams exceeded 70 points in their short program and they are within three points before the drama will continue on Sunday. Every of them has still a fair chance to win the whole competition.
On Friday afternoon, the famous French Cup competition started in Rouen, France. Novices Advanced skated their free program and Juniors competed with their short program.
The second qualifications in Finland are going on 3.-4.12.2016. The battle towards Senior's World Championships in the USA gets more and more exiting. After the short program, the gap in points is extremely small. Two Juniors representatives to World Junior Synchronized Skating Championships in Canada 2017 will be chosen on Sunday. All the twelve Novice teams to the Finnish Nationals are now selected.

What an intense weekend in France! French Cup took place in Rouen on 5th and 6th Feb 2016. 7 Novice Advanced, 11 Junior teams, and 12 Senior presented their programs. They were representing Finland, Russia, USA, Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Turkey and France.
Turku (FIN) hosted this week-end many new synchronized skating programs. The Finnish senior and junior teams presented Sunday their free program. It was the second day of qualifications. The shorts and the novices programs took place on Saturday. The goal for all the teams is to represent their country at the upcoming ISU Worlds Synchronized Skating Championships 2016. The event will take place in Budapest (Hungary), April 8 - 9 for seniors and in Zagreb (Croatia) for juniors (March, 11-12).
