The 2020 Canadian Synchronized Skating Championships will be held in exactly three months in the city of Calgary, Alberta. The organizer of the event, Skate Canada, announces that the sale of the first tickets will start tomorrow, Wednesday, November 20th.

Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. (MT) in Calgary.

This is the schedule not to be missed if you want to get the first tickets for the Canadian National Championships 2020 that will go on sale at that precise time.

Organized at Winsport from 21 to 23 February 2020, the competition will be the final stage for Novice, Intermediate and Open teams. For the Juniors, the competition will be the last rehearsal before the Junior Worlds, which will take place three weeks later on March 14 and 15 in Nottingham, UK.

The most important competition for Seniors
The Nationals will be of particular importance for the Senior teams. For them, this event will be their qualification for the World Championships.

The two Quebec teams Nova Senior and Les Suprêmes, as well as the Nexxice Senior team from Ontario, will be trying to get the famous ticket that will allow them to represent Canada at the Worlds in early April in Lake Placid in the United States.

Approximately 60 teams and more than 800 skaters from all over the country are expected to compete in Calgary at the end of February.

The event was held three years ago in Alberta. Prior to the national championships, Canadian teams will face each other at different competitions across the country, for example at Winterfest in early January in Brampton, ON.
