The gold medals went to Finland at California Cup 2019

The results are in for the California Cup which was an exciting start to the ISU Challenger Series. The energy in the crowd was ecstatic throughout the entire event. The gold medals went to Team Mystique and Helsinki Rockettes, both from Finland.
With tiaras on their heads, Nexxice junior (CAN) claimed the bronze medal skating to a “Queen” theme.
Starlights junior (USA) finished in fourth place after gracing the audience with the second part of their Cinderella program.
Iceskateers Elite (AUS) rounded out the event by skating to an upbeat Cher program.

Hailing from the United States, Haydenettes (USA) earned the silver medal with their entertaining free program to INXS.
In fourth place, Nova (CAN) dazzled the audience with their gorgeous “Peacock” free skate and dresses.
Lumineers (FIN) placed fourth in the free skate but finished in sixth overall.
In seventh place, Ice Storm (AUS) featured their male skaters in exciting lifts skating to another Queen medley.

The next ISU Challenger Series is the Leon Lurje Trophy in Gothenburg, Sweden.
