Melbourne’s Victorian Synchronised Ice Skating Club (Vic Synchro) is offering an exciting coaching position starting in the 2025 season, based at the iconic O’Brien Icehouse. This dynamic and growing club is home to four teams ranging from Basic Novice to Adults, with notable successes including gold and silver medals at the National Championships in 2024.
In Melbourne, Australia, Vic Synchro organization seeks a passionate synchro coach to develop programs and inspire athletes, working closely with the head coaches. This role combines choreography, technical skill-building, and competition preparation with active recruitment to grow the teams memberships. You will lead the training of a synchronized skating team, focusing on skill development and team cohesion.

The club is looking for candidates with coaching accreditation and proven experience in coaching synchronized skating teams. Ice dance coaches with the motivation to learn the synchronized skating discipline are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills, a creative vision, and a proactive approach to recruitment are essential. International candidates are welcome, provided they address work eligibility in their application.
