Two French teams followed, Les Z’Hystérik and Team Émeraude which is quite new in the synchro world. The Swiss United Blades placed 6th and Les Étincelles from Saint-Etienne, who were 9th last year, finished 7th. The second Italian team, Frost Fairies, followed closely with a total of 42,57 points.
Ice Unite from Nottingham participated in the Trophy for the first time and finished 9th. Norway’s Stavanger Pearls, who created the buzz last year with a video, placed 10th. Crazy Splinters, Rising Roses and Ice Lions Batumi also competed in Le Havre this year.
Just a few days away from the Senior World Championships, the time has come for these Mixed Age teams to put away the skates as the season ends for many of them. But the break will be short as they will soon prepare a new season!
