How are these preparation days going before Worlds?

Team Inspire: We arrived on Sunday and had a day off on Monday except for some off ice practice. On Tuesday, we had our first practice on ice, and it felt great to be back on the ice! During these preparation days, we are working both on and off ice, physical and mental training to keep a good balance and prepare our bodies and minds to be on top at the competition.

You are taking part in the Worlds for the first time; how do you feel?

We are excited and thrilled; we’ve longed for this week to come and are proud of how far we’ve come. At the same time, we feel calm and secure in ourselves and what we will show the world.

You represent Sweden after Team Surprise. Is there a little more pressure?

Team Surprise has truly been role models in the synchro world and to represent our country Sweden after them is an honour. Now we want to inspire, develop synchronized skating and push the limits by putting our hearts, passion and work into Team Inspire.

This is also one of your first international competitions as a team. Do you feel ready?

Worlds will be our second international competition as Team Inspire. We’ve been skating together since 2020 and despite obstacles, we’ve continued to prepare for this week to come no matter what. Yes, we are ready for Worlds!

What are your goals for these Worlds?

We want to show the world who we are by performing our energetic programs with a lot of energy and getting the levels we’re reaching for. We aim to inspire others by being ourselves and doing our thing, and we hope to succeed with that and put Sweden back on the synchro map.
